The Marshall W. Alworth Planetarium presents the guided presentations MYTHBUSTERS: ASTRONOMY and THE NIGHT SKY (star show).

MYTHBUSTERS: ASTRONOMY: Myth or Fact? Is Polaris the brightest star in the sky? Is the sky blue because of the oceans? Did we really land on the Moon? Come find out the answers to these questions and more!

THE NIGHT SKY: A tour of the stars, constellations, and other objects you may see in the sky tonight. No two shows are alike!

Doors open at 6:30pm

NO admission fee, FREE show! Seats are first come and may fill up fast.

The Marshall W. Alworth Planetarium has free weekly shows on Wednesday at 7pm, and paid shows on Friday at 7pm and Saturday at 2pm and 7pm ($5 Adults; $3 Children 6 - 12, Seniors, Students; Children 5 and under FREE).

To purchase online tickets for a paid show, click on the registration button. You will be asked how many tickets you wish to purchase and for your credit card information. You can select to download a pdf version of your tickets or to have your tickets emailed to you as a pdf attachment. Please bring a printed copy of your tickets with you to the event.
