HIP: Anxiety in Child Rearing

Anxiety and worrying about parenting is normal. The problem is when worry or anxiety becomes extreme. Then it can get in the way of your health and your parenting. Learn some new ways to deal with this stress.

Facilitator: Bob Lyman has been a psychiatric social worker for over 35 years at St. Luke's Hospital Mental Health Clinic. He enjoys connecting with people and teaching numerous topics of interest to assist people in managing the struggles of everyday life. Hopefully his presentations will bring new techniques and coping devices that can add to your wellness toolbox.
