When it comes to health, we seem to know what to do, we just have to do it, right? This wellness workshop will help to bring awareness to how nutrition, exercise, stress, and sleep impact your health. Learn how you can make healthy changes in three basic steps as well as develop a recipe for self-care in this fun and informative session.
Rachel Gilbertson is an onsite Lifestyle Health Coach She works one-on-one with UPlan members to help them take charge of their health by finding the support, resources, accountability, and motivation to reach their optimal health goals. Rachel is an A.C.E. certified personal trainer and is currently working on obtaining a Masters of Education with a graduate minor in Integrative Health Therapies and Healing Practices.
