The holidays are a time for fun and celebration, so the last thing you want is to invite food-borne illness. Join Jean to learn how to prevent the ?party crasher? Clostridium perfringens and other food-borne illness causing agents from ruining your next holiday get together. Topics included will be food preparation tips, safe food handling and storage.
