You may have heard of PTSD—posttraumatic stress disorder—on the news or from friends and family, and wondered what it is, or whether you or someone you know has it. This workshop will help you understand what PTSD is. You’ll learn how to get help for yourself, a friend, or a family member.

Facilitator:

Bob Lyman has been a psychiatric social worker for over 35 years at St. Luke's Hospital Mental Health Clinic. He enjoys connecting with people in their work setting and teaching numerous topics of interest to assist people in managing the struggles of everyday life. Hopefully his presentations will bring new techniques and coping devices that can add to your wellness toolbox.
