UMD EMPLOYEE WELLNESS PROGRAM
In our modern age of technology, real downtime, reflection, and genuine connections are becoming less common. While digital devices come in handy, they also create new challenges and consequences.
This workshop will provide tips on how to make technology work for you instead of run your life.
Bob Lyman has been a psychiatric social worker for over 35 years at St. Luke's Hospital Mental Health Clinic. He enjoys connecting with people in their work setting and teaching numerous topics of interest to assist people in managing the struggles of everyday life. Hopefully his presentations will bring new techniques and coping devices that can add to your wellness toolbox.
