Are you looking to make healthy lifestyle changes in 2013? Join the Group Health Coaching Program!
This 12-week Group Health Coaching Program follows the book, The LEARN Program for Weight Management, by Kelly D. Brownell, PhD. LEARN stand stands for Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitudes, Relationships and Nutrition.
The Group Health Coaching Program will focus on unique goals in a supportive small group environment. This program offers support, accountability, motivation and resources to help you reach your wellness goals. Additionally, for UPlan Participants, it’s an easy way to earn up to a possible 200 points for your Wellness Points Bank and greatly improve your lifestyle patterns!
The Group Health Coaching Program involves weekly 30-minute meetings, weigh-ins, and goal setting.
