Many of us are looking to start the new year off on track to get in shape, and often times this revolves around cleaner eating. Let's be honest, healthy eating can sometimes be a chore, but knowledge is power. Join Jean Rodvold, the UMD Food Coach, to learn how to make meal planning and shopping easier. She will provide smart and healthy shopping tips, label reading insights, and essential pantry items for quick, nutritious meals. Sign up to learn about participating in a grocery store tour later in the semester!
