There is a stigma attached to all mental illness and depression is no different.

Sufferers often feel misunderstood and unable to talk openly about their condition, which in turn adds to the confusion surrounding the illness.

Facilitator:

Bob Lyman has been a psychiatric social worker for over 35 years at St. Luke's Hospital Mental Health Clinic. He enjoys connecting with people in their work setting and teaching numerous topics of interest to assist people in managing the struggles of everyday life. Hopefully his presentations will bring new techniques and coping devices that can add to your wellness toolbox.
